Pacific Rimは、アメリカの協定校であるアートセンター・カレッジ・オブ・デザインと2006年から実施している国際協働教育プロジェクトです。
両校のデザイン分野で学ぶ学生たちが、高齢化問題から日本の伝統工芸まで、グローバルかつローカルなテーマを取り上げ、デザインが果たすべき役割について探究し、革新的な解決案を提示していきます。

Pacific Rim is a joint educational project launched in 2006 with our American partner school, the ArtCenter College of Design. Design students at both schools discuss global and local topics ranging from issues of aging to Japanese traditional arts and crafts; investigate into the supposed functions of design; and propose innovative solutions.
